Return & Exchange Process


Step 1:

Contact Customer Service to request the return instructions and details. Email: support@orderbestgift.com

Step 2:

Upon approval of your request, the customer will receive an email notification.

Step 3:

The customer should properly package the item and proceed with the shipment.

Step 4:

A refund or replacement will be issued within 7 days once we have received the returned products.

 

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy


The following conditions are covered by our 60-Day Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy. (We will cover the return shipping costs and replacement fees)

  1. The customization details of the product are incorrect or there is an error in customization.
  2. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received broken items, or the product quality is poor or defective.
  3. Blurry images or unclear lettering.
  4. Incorrect or mismatched sizes.

No Return & Exchange Policy


The following conditions are not covered by our 60-Day Return Policy, and we are not responsible for these issues

  1. Products returned after the 60-day window from the date of delivery.
  2. Non-quality issues with personalized products.
  3. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
  4. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, as well as personal items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, etc., due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  5. Choosing the wrong size.
  6. Personal reasons such as a change of mind or preference.
  7. Partial returns or exchanges of items that are part of a set.

Return & Exchange Guidelines


  1. Returned items must be new and unworn, kept in the original condition as received.
  2. Used coupon codes cannot be reinstated after a return.
  3. For personalized products, if you need to cancel, replace, or modify the product or personalization, a 30% customization fee will apply. (Note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order, this fee will be charged as production for customized products begins as soon as the order is placed to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery. We appreciate your understanding.)
