Shipping Policy
We currently work with different carriers to deliver your orders. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Your tracking number will be updated 1-2 business days after your order has been shipped.
At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your gift(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the weight of the total order along with any applicable surcharges. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.
When will my gift be shipped?
Typically, we will ship 1-3 business days after successful payment.
How will I know my gift has shipped?
Once your gift has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by various uncertainties, such as weather conditions or holidays. You can also check the shipping progress in "Track My Order."
Do you ship internationally?
We currently support shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia at the moment. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at support@orderbestgift.com
How long will it take to be delivered to me or my recipient?
Here’s an estimated shipping time. Due to factors like high volume, seasonal demand, and carrier delays, we can only provide an estimate. Typically, we will ship 1-3 business days after successful payment.
Fast shipping option time:

Standard shipping option time:
- UK:8-15 business days
- US:8-15 business days
- CA:10-15 business days
- AU:8-10 business days
How much is shipping?
When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping rates will be displayed on the checkout page.
Can I change address of my order?
You can change the address before your gift has been shipped. Please contact customer services immediately and we will try to amend your order. Once the gift has been sent out, the address cannot be changed. You can also check the status in "Track My Order."
Can I specify a date for the gift to be delivered to me or my recipient?
We're very sorry, but it's not possible at the moment. Due to potential delays from various unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Please note:
If your personalised product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out. Our standard is to supply you a perfect gift. Currently, We do not offer overnight shipping.
