How do I order a gift?

Shop for a gift you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

Can I order a gift for my friend here and have it shipped directly to him?

Of course, as long as you fill your friend's address and phone number when placing the order, we will ship it directly to them. Your gift will come with a wondeful gift box.

How will my friend know that I've ordered a gift for them?

First, there will be an email notification. If you fill your friend's email address at checkout, they will receive an email notification. Additionally, there will be a greeting card inside the gift box with your personal message for free.

What should I do if I order a birthday gift for my friend, but it arrives late?

Usually, we recommend ordering gifts at least two weeks in advance. If you're on a tight schedule, we suggest informing your friend that you’ve ordered a gift for them and explaining that international shipping may not arrive before their birthday. We believe they will understand and appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Can I change address or cancel my order?

No. Along with the gift, we include a well designed gift box and a greeting card with your personal message. No details are sent which lists the value of the gift you have purchased. Instead this is automatically emailed to you when you place your order.

Can I put more than one item into one gift box?

Our gift boxes have been measured to accommodate each individual product, so currently, we can only offer separate product gift boxes unless it is a pre-assembled product gift set.
